Job summary

Bonito Designs in India is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a large outbound sales team and drive target attainment. You will coach, monitor performance, and optimize the lead qualification, conversion, and handover process to sales and design teams.

The role requires 4–6 years in outbound sales with team leadership experience, strong communication, data analysis, and a track record of building high-performing cultures in a six-day work environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, attrition and team management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, productivity and conversion metrics

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 78 Customer Outreach Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion journey
• Stay updated on market trends, real estate, and interior design insights to guide the team effectively
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture
• Take ownership of targets in a six-day work environment
