Job summary

Bonito Designs in Mumbai seeks an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage a large outbound outreach team and drive target achievement. You will coach, monitor performance and ensure quality standards while guiding the lead-to-sales journey across real estate and interior design segments.

You will lead coaching sessions, analyze metrics, and implement improvements to maximize conversion and revenue while maintaining a high-performance culture in a six-day work week.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team-handing role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, attrition management and team management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, team productivity and conversion metrics
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements

• Ensure adherence to calling standards, scripts, and quality benchmarks
• Drive high-quality lead generation and ensure accurate qualification before handover to sales/design teams
• Track key metrics and prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion journey
