Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Customer Outreach team in Hyderabad. You will direct 78 executives to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets, while optimizing lead qualification, quality, and conversion across sales and design handoffs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements

• Stay updated on market trends, real estate, and interior design insights to guide the team effectively
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture
• Take ownership of targets in a six-day work environment
