Job summary

Bonito Designs seeks an experienced outbound sales team lead in Chennai to manage 78 Customer Outreach Executives, driving daily, weekly, and monthly targets while monitoring conversion, productivity, and revenue contribution.

You will coach, provide feedback, and conduct call audits to improve both individual and team performance, ensuring quality standards and effective handovers to sales/design teams, in a six-day work environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of outbound sales experience with at least 12 years in a team handling role.
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, attrition and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, team productivity and conversion metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
