Job summary

Delhivery is seeking a Warehouse Operations role to manage daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment in Tamil Nadu. The candidate will oversee inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch tasks, ensuring smooth execution of operations and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will guide and train Process Executives, monitor productivity and attendance across shifts, and escalate critical issues as needed while maintaining accurate daily MIS and production

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Allocate manpower effectively and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Monitor and improve team productivity, attendance, and shift-wise performance.
• Ensure shipments are processed within the defined SLA/TAT timelines.
• Guide, train, and support Process Executives to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational compliance.
• Monitor shipment accuracy and minimize errors, damages, and operational deviations.
• Identify operational issues, resolve them within the required timeline, and escalate critical concerns to the reporting manager.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, productivity reports, and operational updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Conduct team huddles, share process updates, and communicate operational priorities.
• Ensure proper shift handover and completion of pending activities.
• Track employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational gaps.
• Maintain discipline, safety standards, and a positive working environment within the team.
