Job summary

Delhivery seeks a supervisor to oversee loading, unloading, picking and bag sorting within allocated hub areas. You will lead a shift, monitor key performance metrics, coordinate with FM/LM, and train the team to adhere to SOPs and MIS processes.

Applicants should be prepared to manage manpower, coordinate vehicle availability with fleet vendors, and perform regular audits to ensure timely, accurate logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervision in allocated work areas with meeting TATs for unloaded, put, picking, and loading processes; motivate team via on-the-job training and mentoring
• Handle defined shift work area and monitor Exe / Sr GC / JL; manage incoming/outgoing loads per schedule
• Coordinate with FM and LM and other departments for smooth operations
• Motivate and conduct shift briefings for loaders and unloaders; manage manpower to ensure timely connections and metrics
• Manage bag sorting by destinations through process executives and ground coordinators
• Oversee fleet and vendor management, coordinating vehicle availability
• Perform audits and enforce SOPs for bag handling, hub operations, pre-alerts, sorting and connections; train team accordingly
• Knowledge of HQ/Eyedash Delhivery/MIS
