Job summary

Purplle.com is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities in India. You will supervise inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch, and lead a 20–30 person team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires driving KRAs/KPIs, maintaining accurate inventory with WMS/ERP, producing MIS reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues while upholding safety and SOPs. Continuous improvement focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations: inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20–30 warehouse executives/associates.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, manpower deployment and shift performance.
• Drive KRAs/KPIs, SLAs and productivity targets.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize discrepancies.
• Oversee operations through WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports.
• Identify issues and take corrective actions for smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
