Job summary

Aptiv in Chennai is seeking an experienced Recruiter with deep expertise in Sales hiring and APAC recruitment. You will manage end-to-end hiring across multiple APAC markets, including IT and Engineering roles as an asset, collaborating with regional hiring managers to fill critical commercial positions.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and negotiation to close offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong expertise in Sales hiring and APAC recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple APAC markets, with additional exposure to IT and Engineering roles being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and joining.
• Drive hiring for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and other commercial roles.
• Manage recruitment requirements across APAC markets, partnering with regional hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, and direct/headhunting approaches.
• Conduct candidate screening and manage interview coordination, feedback, offers, and pre-joining engagement.
• Handle multiple requirements independently while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Support IT and Engineering hiring requirements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 12 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Sales/Commercial hiring.
• Demonstrated exposure to APAC recruitment and working with regional stakeholders.
• Experience in IT/Engineering hiring is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to independently drive positions to closure.
