OVHcloud, a leading European cloud provider, is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter (Contract) to lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across APAC. The 12-month contract offers potential conversion to full-time based on performance.

You will own the full lifecycle, source via multiple channels, screen and interview, coordinate interviews, and guide managers with hiring data while ensuring a smooth onboarding Process.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of experience as talent acquisition specialist, preferably in tech/startup.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Strong sourcing skills with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for tech/non-tech/specialized roles, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in helping us scale our team.

This is a 12-month Contract role with the potential to convert into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Job Description:

1. Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure & onboarding.

2. Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts for APAC region.

3. Source high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, etc.).

4. Screen, interview and assess candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.

5. Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

6. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, compensation and company culture.

7. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers with relevant hiring data.

8. Work on multiple roles simultaneously across functions/levels & geographies.

9. Develop relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process as applicable.

10. Ensure the candidate documents are collected during the interview process and records are

updated.

11. Ensure all details are added to HRIS tool on time.

12. Collaborate with Office Manager/HR Ops and onboarding teams for smooth onboarding of

candidates

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience as talent acquisition specialist, preferably in tech/startup/
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Strong sourcing skills with deep knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience hiring for Data Centers across APAC.
• Exposure to global or distributed hiring.
