Job summary

Smart IMS Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced APAC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across Asia-Pacific, with a mandatory focus on Singapore.

This role requires handling multiple APAC locations from Hyderabad, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering hiring requirements across diverse markets. Candidates should have 5+ years in recruitment, IT/Tech hiring experience, and strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for IT/Technology roles.
• Exposure to Banking and Financial Services hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Mandatory experience recruiting for Singapore-based positions.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple APAC countries.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver against hiring targets.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to onboarding, across APAC regions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
• Lead recruitment efforts for roles across Singapore, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, Hong Kong, and other APAC locations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and talent mapping initiatives.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on business and role requirements.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate successful closures.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and provide regular hiring reports.
