Festo India in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to drive sourcing and end-to-end recruitment partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs. You will own the full lifecycle from posting to interview coordination and candidate screening.

This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, data-driven hiring decisions, and employer branding across platforms, with focus on engineering, software, sales, and manufacturing roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, sales, software, and manufacturing roles.
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• A positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethics.

Responsabilités

• Actively source, build, and maintain a network of potential candidates across channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, etc.).
• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, shortlisting, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure quality and consistency of Talent Acquisition KPIs (lead time, profile quality, offer conversions) and SLAs.
• Maintain data quality to enable data-driven insights for decision-making and recruitment strategies.
• Initiate and implement process improvements in recruitment; support employer branding campaigns.

In this role you will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to effectively execute sourcing and hiring strategies. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting broader talent initiatives.

• Actively source, build, and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive searches across various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, internal career portals, employee referrals, headhunting, and other social platforms
• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, shortlisting, and screening candidates based on job requirements, as well as coordinating the entire interview process with hiring teams and stakeholders
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the Talent Acquisition process, including KPIs (lead time, quality of profiles, offer conversions) and SLAs
• Maintain data quality to enable data-driven insights for decision-making and recruitment strategies
• Initiate and implement process improvements
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns across various platforms

Our requirement:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with prior experience in a recruitment agency
• Experience in recruiting for engineering, sales, software, and manufacturing roles
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethics
