Job summary

Practo in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across business functions in a high-volume environment. You will craft sourcing strategies, screen and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and close roles in partnership with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably with hands-on volume hiring experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver against hiring targets.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, assess suitability, and manage interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align on candidate profiles, and ensure timely closures.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive hiring for contractual and permanent positions, as required.
• Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, interview-to-offer conversion, and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
