Job summary

TeamLease in Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra invites an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, non-technical, and corporate roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
• Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and corporate positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and Job Descriptions from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary, notice period, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Negotiate salary and support the offer and joining process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Support bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements when required.
