Job summary

Fertis India is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support our talent strategy. The role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across functions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will handle multiple openings, coordinate with hiring managers, and build a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in recruitment, strong communication, and proficiency with major sourcing platforms.

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with major sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer roll-out processes.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined turnaround times.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Manage employer branding initiatives on job portals and social media channels.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports and hiring analytics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience hiring for sales, marketing, operations, or manufacturing roles will be an added advantage.
