Job summary

Flipkart in India is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and internal databases, screen and coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment data in the ATS to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and the ability to handle multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MS Excel/Google Sheets reporting proficiency.
