Designtech Systems is seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process in our India operations. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and possess hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter to

• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting technical/engineering profiles.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, keyword sourcing, and resume screening.
• Understanding of full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukai, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database/talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and talent availability in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, keyword sourcing, and resume screening.
• Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
