Job summary

KBM Engineering Consultancy And Manpower Supply Services is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles across manufacturing plants, project sites, and corporate offices.

The role requires 3–5 years in core talent acquisition, with preference for candidates having HVAC, MEP, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector experience. Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office and ATS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in HR/Business Administration (MBA in HR is a plus).
• Experience: 3–5 years in core talent acquisition.
• Sector Focus: Prior recruitment experience in HVAC, MEP, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) & MS Office. Knowledge of ATS is an added advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management abilities.
