Job summary

Kanan International is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. You will understand hiring requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals, coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

You will screen resumes, evaluate skills and fit, negotiate salaries within budgets, maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker, and build a strong talent

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
• Achieve defined recruitment targets and close positions within timelines.
