Job summary

Career Soft Solutions in India is seeking a Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter with 4-7 years of experience to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while partnering with Hiring Managers to understand requirements.

You will manage offer rollouts, onboarding, BGV and pre-joining activities, and maintain recruitment MIS, Power BI dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience sourcing IT and Non-IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Office.
• Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
