Position Title: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition (Executive/Sr Executive)

Location: Mumbai (HO)

Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate and manufacturing functions. The role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience.

Key Competencies:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding manpower requirements to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, experience, and compensation parameters and drafting the JD accordingly.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer and joining process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting.
• Monitor recruitment TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and position closure status.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Develop and maintain a database of suitable candidates across various functions.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants wherever required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support background verification and pre-joining documentation as required.
