Job summary

Alltex Exim Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic HR professional to independently manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR functions in Surat. The role covers IT and non-IT hiring, onboarding, payroll inputs and employee engagement across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with leadership on manpower planning and ensure policies and compliance are maintained, enabling smooth people operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience including recruitment and HR operations.
• Exposure to both IT and non-IT hiring.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance and processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership.
• Experience in corporate or consultancy environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR functions, ensuring smooth people operations and supporting business growth.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Talent Acquisition:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, portals, references, and headhunting.
• Ensure timely and quality closures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

HR Operations (HRM):

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle (from joining to exit).
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Employee Engagement and Development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management processes.
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.

HR Coordination and Planning:

• Work closely with leadership on manpower planning and hiring priorities.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and HR execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (recruitment + HR operations mandatory).
