Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring needs across functions. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, driving offers, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining ATS data accuracy. 2–5 years TA experience in corporate or consulting environments is preferred.
