Ezone Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offers with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure smooth joining and onboarding processes.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinate with candidates, and follow up on interview feedback.
• Offer Management: Discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers, release offer letters, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain recruitment trackers, update candidate databases, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Joining & Follow-up: Ensure candidates complete joining formalities and coordinate with HR for a smooth onboarding process.
