Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning across Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing and corporate functions.
• Partner with business and functional heads to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, salary negotiations, offer rollouts and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while tracking recruitment metrics, hiring TAT and source effectiveness.
• Act as an HR Business Partner to employees and managers, addressing people-related concerns and supporting business and employee needs.
• Support performance management, employee development, retention and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave management and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, MIS and required documentation.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition and culture-building initiatives to strengthen employee experience.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs and processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and applicable HR compliance requirements.
• Work closely with senior management and business leaders to strengthen people practices and overall organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• 35 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to **Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Business Partnering**.
• Experience in **real estate, sales-driven organizations or high-growth environments** will be preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple HR functions and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and employee-management skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in HR MIS and trackers.
• Ability to work closely with senior management, business leaders and functional heads.
• Proactive, organized and highly accountable with a strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
