Job summary

• 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience in core IT companies
• Proven expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple critical IT positions simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and offer closure skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support and Admin works.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines
• Handle lateral IT hiring across technologies such as Software Development, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social hiring
• Conduct initial HR screenings to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and compensation expectations
• Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews
• Drive offer negotiations, closures, and pre-joining engagement
• Maintain accurate recruitment data using ATS and hiring trackers
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring best practices
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and closure ratios
