We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization in attracting and hiring top talent. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.

• Track recruitment activities and maintain daily/weekly hiring reports.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives when required.
