The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and 5+ years of recruitment experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client to support business growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions while enhancing candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, build talent pipelines, and contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects within a global and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and success profiles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Develop proactive talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify target talent.
• Monitor talent market trends, competitor activity, and hiring challenges.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives through social media, recruitment campaigns, career events, and employee advocacy programs.
• Enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the talent market.
• Support campus recruiting and early-career talent programs where applicable.

Process Excellence

• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and hiring efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide hiring reports and analytics.
• Participate in recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities and new-hire engagement as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred

• Previous experience in executive search or recruitment consulting.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, or commercial functions.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent analytics tools.
• Exposure to employer branding and social recruiting initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
