Job summary

TORQCOMMODITIES in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for global roles across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies and build robust pipelines to meet current and future needs.

The role requires 6–8 years of post-MBA experience in talent acquisition, with strong skills in volume hiring, stakeholder management, negotiation, and ATS usage. An MBA/PGDM in HR is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
• 6–8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.
• Proven exposure to hiring across multiple functions, including Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
