Job summary

Network18 is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior leadership across Sales, Tech, news, digital, production and corporate roles in a fast-paced media environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing via portals, referrals, coordinating interviews, and close collaboration with hiring managers while maintaining hiring analytics. PGDM/MBA in HR is required; diversity of background is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 712 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (media industry preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS
