Job summary

TORQCOMMODITIES is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment across functions from Sales to IT in a fast-paced environment in India. You will design hiring strategies, drive sourcing, screening and onboarding, and build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.

The role requires 6-8 years post-MBA experience, with a track record in volume hiring and global recruitment, plus excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
• 6-8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities
