• 13 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Use ATS to manage job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI-driven sourcing and recruitment tools to identify, engage, and shortlist candidates faster.
• Actively use Naukri.com and LinkedIn to source, connect with, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate background verification and reference checks for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment

for the organization. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in using an ATS (Applicant

Tracking System) and AI-driven sourcing/recruitment tools to streamline hiring, along with

strong hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri.com and LinkedIn. This is a critical,

must-have requirement for the role.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI-driven sourcing and recruitment tools to identify, engage, and shortlist candidates faster and more effectively.
• Actively use Naukri.com and LinkedIn to source, connect with, and shortlist candidates.
• Manage job postings, database searches, and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
• Conduct initial HR screening rounds and coordinate offer roll-outs and negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database/talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Manage the offer-to-joining process, including follow-ups to reduce drop-outs.
• Coordinate background verification and reference checks for selected candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, sourcing mix, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Explore and manage additional sourcing channels including referrals, job fairs, and social media hiring.
• Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
