Job summary

Skillkart in Ludhiana is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate clients. You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references and coordinate interviews through closure.

You will screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience, build relationships with clients and candidates, and ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Executive Search.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-assessment abilities.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and multiple assignments.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other hiring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand client manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on talent availability, market trends, and effective sourcing techniques.
