Hire22.ai is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This fully remote role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment, building robust candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Ideal candidates are independent, comfortable handling multiple reqs, and adept at using modern sourcing channels and recruitment technology to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and manage offer negotiations.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and closures.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Use ATS, recruitment platforms and AI-based sourcing tools effectively.
