Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying and attracting top talent, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in IT recruitment, a strong understanding of technical and non-technical hiring requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs. Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition || Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management || Screening and Interview Coordination || Database Management || Joining Coordination
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining the quality of hires.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize hiring based on business requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Proactively engage with passive candidates and maintain relationships with potential hires.
  • Explore innovative sourcing strategies to improve candidate reach and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, relevant experience, technical skills, and organizational fit.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills, career interests, current and expected compensation, notice period, and availability.
  • Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
  • Collect interview feedback and ensure timely follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track candidate acceptance, joining ratios, and reasons for offer declines or candidate dropouts.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate availability, interview status, and expected closure timelines.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment turnaround time and hiring quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring records.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate information through HRMS/ATS tools.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate information confidentially and in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Good understanding of IT roles, Staffing roles, technology skill sets, recruitment terminology, and industry hiring trends.
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, employee referrals, and other candidate sourcing channels.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and resume screening methods.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of hiring targets, and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong ownership of recruitment deliverables and hiring timelines.
  • Analytical approach to recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to identify suitable candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Proactive follow-up skills and the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
