Hire22.ai in India is seeking an experienced HR Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own talent acquisition, lead recruitment initiatives, and manage a high-performing team in a fully remote setup.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with business leaders to build strong pipelines, drive senior-level hiring, and implement scalable HR processes and AI-powered recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and mid-to-senior level hiring.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and levels.
• Mentor recruiters / talent acquisition professionals.
• Build scalable sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Drive senior-level hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce requirements.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment performance, hiring timelines and quality of hire.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Develop and improve HR policies and processes.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who can take ownership of talent acquisition, lead recruitment initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to our overall people strategy.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys working closely with business leaders.
