Job summary

Abdos Lamitubes is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization in Delhi. You will source and screen candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, coordinate interviews and assessments, and work with hiring managers to meet timelines.

The role requires 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with MS Office and HRMS tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within tight timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS/recruitment tools.
