Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will source candidates via portals, social networks, referrals, and internal databases, then screen and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding coordination, while maintaining accurate MIS and candidate records to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, sales, service, operations and corporate positions.
• Screen candidate profiles based on education, experience, technical skills, industry background, salary, location and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain MIS/recruitment reports and candidate records.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, sales, service, operations, and corporate positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective Hiring Managers and Department Heads.
• Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and internal databases.
• Screen candidate profiles based on education, experience, technical skills, industry background, salary, location, and notice period.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle candidate salary negotiations and offer discussions.
• Coordinate with HR and management for offer letters and pre-joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and joining coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong database and talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment status and maintain MIS/recruitment reports.
• Maintain recruitment data, interview feedback, candidate records, and hiring trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and placement agencies, wherever required.
• Support recruitment for blue-collar, white-collar, technical, and managerial positions, depending on organizational requirements.
• Assist in employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Work closely with the HR team on manpower planning and recruitment strategy.
