Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple open positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/face-to-face).
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment data.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives; maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing efficiency).
