• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full Recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Resdex, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates qualifications, and provide assessments and recommendations for potential hires.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
