Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple functions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end hiring, internal hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing quality talent across multiple business functions. The candidate should be capable of managing high-volume hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Procient in MS Oce (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience in Bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
