HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chennai to drive end-to-end hiring across IT, Digital, Engineering, and Product domains.

The role requires 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality talent within timelines. You will partner with hiring managers, shape sourcing strategies, and ensure a superb candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in IT, Digital, Engineering, Product, GCC, or Corporate recruitment.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional competencies.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive hiring decisions.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and closure activities.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, sourcing effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical skill requirements.
• Work closely with HR, onboarding, and business teams to ensure seamless candidate onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs where applicable.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of recruitment experience to drive end-to-end hiring across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and delivering high-quality talent within defined timelines.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience hiring for IT, Digital, Engineering, Product, GCC, or Corporate functions.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS, etc.).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-Ray Search, and social recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using recruitment dashboards and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in large-scale hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring.
• Exposure to diversity hiring and talent market intelligence initiatives.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR would be an added advantage.
