Job summary

Indee is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, manage onboarding, and handle day-to-day HR operations. The role also involves supporting other people initiatives.

You will partner with hiring managers, draft effective job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth offers and onboarding while maintaining HR records and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment and HR operations, with exposure to onboarding.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive).

We are looking for an energetic, personable Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, along with onboarding and day-to-day HR operations. The role will also involve supporting other people initiatives.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Own end-to-end recruitment for open roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Draft and refine job descriptions, manage job postings, and build candidate pipelines across relevant channels.
• Coordinate the interview process end-to-end, including scheduling, interviewer coordination, feedback, and communication with candidates at each stage.
• Manage the offer process, including offer rollout and negotiations, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
• Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics, providing visibility on open roles, pipeline status, ageing positions, and hiring timelines to relevant stakeholders.

Onboarding

• Own the onboarding process end-to-end, coordinating documentation, background verification, internal requirements, and induction to ensure new joiners are set up from day one.
• Be a point of contact for new joiners from offer acceptance through onboarding, providing timely communication and addressing queries.
• Ensure employee information and onboarding records are accurately updated and maintained in HR systems.

Documentation & HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and recurring HR reports.
• Support the consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across the organisation.
• Support ad hoc HR activities, operational initiatives, and process improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day employee HR queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Qualification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, with experience across technical and non-technical hiring and exposure to onboarding.

Skills: Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, such as Google Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.
