Job summary

The Mandate Lab in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines across multiple functions.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and proactive talent mapping, screen for fit, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and drive offer discussions and closures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and proactive mapping.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and offer closures.
• Track recruitment data including pipeline, interviews, offers, joining, and metrics.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage hiring independently from requirement understanding to offer closure.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to offer closure and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and proactive talent mapping.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring funnel.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and offer closures.
• Track and maintain recruitment data, including pipeline, interview, offer, joining, and hiring metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ATS/HRMS and recruitment reporting is preferred.
