• Strong experience in Internal Hiring.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for internal roles.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and managers.
• Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to address staffing needs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and offer progress.
• Support offer negotiation and documentation.
