Job summary

Creatara Mobility is seeking an energetic HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles in Delhi. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews and drive offers and onboarding.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, maintain recruitment trackers, and collaborate with department heads to meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Experience in hiring for technical/engineering roles will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers and joining.
• Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and accurate candidate records.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Work towards hiring targets and timely closure of positions.
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities when required.

About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, offers, and joining.
• Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate the pre-joining and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate candidate records.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Work towards achieving hiring targets and timely closure of positions.
