Job summary

FedEx is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and to build a strong talent pipeline while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers, source candidates across multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments to ensure timely and successful hires. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and team fit.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
• Maintain and regularly update the recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring performance.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
