Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service in Mumbai seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.

You will also help with employer branding, reporting, and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and accurate documentation throughout the joining process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 1-4 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR operations, or onboarding.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer-to-joining process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Onboarding

• Coordinate the complete pre-joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Collect and verify required employee documentation.
• Conduct or coordinate induction and orientation programs.
• Explain company policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace guidelines to new employees.
• Track onboarding completion and resolve any joining-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate employee onboarding records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experiencein talent acquisition, recruitment, HR operations, or onboarding.
• Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS or HRMS platforms.
