Job summary

LG Electronics in Bengaluru is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with 6-9 years of experience to manage end-to-end hiring across technical roles. You will source candidates, screen for fit, coordinate with technical panels, and drive timely closures with hiring managers.

You will handle high-volume and niche hiring, maintain strong candidate communication, and support offers, onboarding, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of strong experience in end-to-end Technical Hiring.
• Hands on experience on MS Office (Excel – Analytics, PowerPoint)
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with strict timelines.
• Strong understanding of hiring KPIs and recruitment reporting.
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.

• Ensure alignment on profiles, interview feedback, timelines, and selection decisions.
• Candidate Management
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Manage offer negotiation, notice‑period discussions, and follow‑up until joining.
• Create a positive candidate experience at all stages of recruitment.
• Recruitment Operations
• Prepare and update trackers, MIS reports, and weekly hiring dashboards.
• Work on process improvements to reduce TAT and enhance hiring efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.
