Job summary

CIRT PLUS in Punjab invites a dynamic HR Executive with 3-4 years of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to join our team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and stakeholder management.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and referrals; screen resumes, coordinate interviews with clients and managers; and maintain trackers and MIS reports to support hiring.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or graduate with relevant HR experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
• Experience working with recruitment consultancies will be an added advantage.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.
