Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role will involve sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, offer coordination, and ensuring timely joining of candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business requirements.


• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/stakeholders.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, vendors, and other channels.


• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation, and role fit.


• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


• Follow up on interview feedback and maintain candidate pipelines.


• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer closures.


• Ensure smooth pre-joining and onboarding of selected candidates.


• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate data accurately.
